Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive cum Recruiter who has previously worked with companies like Urban Company, Yes Madam, or similar home service brands.
The candidate should have robust experience in hiring professionals for:
- Salon at Home
- Massage at Home
- Beauty & Grooming Services
- Spa & Wellness Services
The ideal candidate must have experience in bulk hiring, onboarding, field recruitment, and managing service professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Hire beauticians, therapists, salon professionals, and wellness experts.
- Conduct bulk hiring drives and recruitment campaigns.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field hiring.
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and documentation.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee and partner records.
- Coordinate attendance and joining formalities.
- Support workforce planning and staff retention.
- Handle day-to-day HR coordination.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
- Preference for candidates who have worked with:
- Urban Company
- Yes Madam
- Home salon / wellness / beauty service companies
- Strong network of beauticians and massage therapists preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve hiring targets quickly.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in salon-at-home or massage-at-home industry.
- Experience in hiring field/service professionals.
- Comfortable with field recruitment and vendor coordination.
- Hindi communication mandatory.
