Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with hands-on technical exposure in AI/ML and Computer Vision projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery — from requirement gathering and team coordination to client communication and execution — while ensuring technical excellence and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple AI/ML and Computer Vision projects from initiation to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high technical and quality standards.
- Track project progress using suitable tools and techniques, ensuring risks and issues are proactively addressed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication effectively.
- Support technical discussions and problem-solving with hands-on understanding of Linux, Python, and ML tools.
- Prepare project documentation including timelines, reports, and technical summaries.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the AI/ML delivery team.




- Should have experience in vibe coding and should be able to transform existing team from traditional method of software engineering to more up-to-date approaches using LLM/Agentic tools which produces higher productivity and quality.
- Should own quality, schedule and productivity for every project and should be controlling overall cost as well

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in project management with at least 2+ years managing AI/ML or Computer Vision projects.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision concepts.
- Technical proficiency in Python, Linux environment, and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage small, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP/Agile certification is a plus (not mandatory).
