Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities with a strong focus on Cash on Delivery (COD) reconciliation, last-mile accounting, customer/vendor reconciliations, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be capable of handling high-volume transaction data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and reconcile daily Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions received from delivery partners and customers.
- Handle Last Mile Accounting, including reconciliation of delivery partner accounts and settlement of COD collections.
- Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Verify COD remittances and identify shortages, excess collections, or delayed deposits.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Delivery Partners to resolve payment-related issues.
- Process accounting entries related to COD collections, refunds, adjustments, and settlements.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.




- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

- Courier & Express
- 3PL / 4PL
- Last Mile Delivery Operations
- Supply Chain Finance

will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
