Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer – Video & Graphic Design to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, creating and editing videos, presentation, brochures, branding materials, social media visuals, newsletters and event banners to support our various marketing and communication needs etc. This role plays a critical part in shaping our brand identity, strengthening digital presence, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to brochures, videos, social media graphics, website assets, newsletters, presentations, event banners, and marketing collaterals. • Create and edit engaging video content (short-form & long-form) for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling. • Design visual materials that support marketing and sales efforts, including presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, digital banners, and promotional materials • Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and product promotions • Develop high quality graphics, animations, and visual storytelling elements to enhance content impact.



• Creating infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex data and technical concepts. • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling. • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and video editing techniques to continuously improve output quality. • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, messaging, and organizational standards. • Ensure timely delivery of creatives with a solid focus on visual consistency and brand integrity.

Required Skill Set:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Graphic Design / Video Editing / Multimedia Content Creation (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or IT domain) • Hands on Experience in using software tools like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro video editing tools etc • Working knowledge of the latest AI tools for image and video generation. • Good understanding of Typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles • Experience creating performance marketing creatives and not just aesthetic branding work • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
