Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior AJO Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) development and be able to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer journeys. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver effective solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Optimize existing customer journeys for better performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AJO implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AJO and related technologies.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Document technical solutions and processes.

Key Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
- Robust expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) development.
- Experience in integrating AEP with other technologies and platforms is a plus
- Develop and maintain AEP data models, schemas, and integrations with other systems.
- Experience with data integration and working with databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
