The job responsibility will include:

- Conceptualize, create and develop programs: Events, Workshops, Therapies, performances, sessions, classes of spiritual and artistic nature.
- Researching and writing the content for the program.
- Keeping a tab on other similar programs happening and their cost etc.
- Reviewing the proposals received by teachers and facilitators who want to conduct a program here.
- Finding suitable teachers and facilitators who can lead a program.
- Co-ordinating with marketing and enrolment to check how the program is fairing.
- Co-ordinating and editing the content given by facilitators.
- Making a post-program analysis.

People who are spiritually or culturally inclined with writing /editing skills in English are the most suitable. Prior experience in creating and managing events is practical.

We are a spiritual non-profit organization and prefer people who have worked/volunteered in the non-profit sector. We offer salaries comparable to this sector, which are lower than the for profit/corporate organizations
