Cambridge Academic Head

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

DPS Vijayawada is looking for an experienced Cambridge Academic Head to lead the academic implementation of the Cambridge International Curriculum, ensure excellence in teaching and learning, and mentor faculty to achieve high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum.
- Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, and assessments.
- Mentor and support teachers through regular observations and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with Cambridge International standards.
- Analyze student performance and drive academic improvement.
- Collaborate with the Principal to achieve academic goals.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Cambridge PDQ/Certification preferred.

Experience





- 8-12 years of teaching experience in Cambridge schools.
- 5+ years of expierence in cambridge School as a Acadamic co-ordinator
- 3–5 years in an academic leadership role (Academic Head/Cambridge Coordinator/Vice Principal).

Skills

- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum.
- Academic leadership and teacher mentoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
