Position Title: Unit Head/ Sr. Unit Head – Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, General Insurance &

Cross-selling other Financial Products like Mutual Funds

Location:

Reports to: Assistant Territory Head/ Territory Head/ Sr. Territory Head

Role Summary:

The Unit Head will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and customer engagement at

the branch level with a primary focus on Fixed Deposits & Life Insurance products. In addition

to this, cross selling other products like General Insurance and Mutual Funds. The role involves

managing sales teams, building customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with

regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Achieve branch business targets across all product segments with a strong focus on

Fixed Deposits & Life Insurance

 Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff and advisors to deliver sustained

performance

 Drive cross-selling initiatives and portfolio diversification as per defined targets

 Ensure adherence to IRDAI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines, as applicable

 Monitor persistency, renewals,



activisation and customer satisfaction at the branch

level

 Prepare MIS reports and contribute to strategic planning for the region

 Recruit, Train and manage the team of Front Line Sales & Advisors

 Drive productivity parameters at branch level

 Work with the team of FLS towards formulation of sales strategy including activation

of Business Associates

Qualifications & Experience:

 Graduate/Postgraduate

 Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance/Banking/Financial Services

 Minimum 2 years in a team handling role for Sr. Unit Head

 Age bracket – 32 years to 40 years maximum

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
