Job Summary:
We are looking for a CCTV Operator & Maintenance Executive responsible for monitoring CCTV surveillance systems and ensuring the proper functioning of all security equipment. The candidate will monitor live CCTV feeds, report incidents, troubleshoot basic technical issues, perform routine maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and coordinate with vendors for repairs when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems
- Report suspicious activities and security incidents
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of CCTV equipment
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and network issues
- Maintain CCTV logs, reports, and maintenance records
- Coordinate with security and technical teams for timely issue resolution

Requirements:

- Basic computer and networking knowledge
- Experience in CCTV monitoring and maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, and surveillance systems
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
