Sreema Group is looking for energetic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building solid customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and distributors.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of sales or business development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
- Experience in the building materials,



construction, or AAC block industry is an added advantage.
