Hiring: Senior Data Engineer (Databricks | DBT | Python | Spark)

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with robust expertise in Databricks, DBT, Python, and Apache Spark to join a high-impact data migration project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing modern data platforms and leading large-scale migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end migration from Snowflake/Glue to Databricks/DBT.
- Design and govern data architecture across Landing, Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers in the Databricks Lakehouse.
- Develop modular, reusable, and well-documented DBT models.
- Build and optimize Python-based ETL pipelines while ensuring output parity with legacy Snowflake pipelines.
- Optimize Spark jobs for performance, partitioning, and scalability.
- Collaborate with architects, data stewards, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Mentor junior Data Engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions,



and technical walkthroughs.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and access control standards.
