We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily operational and logistics activities. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, courier partners, and customers to ensure smooth order processing, inventory movement, and timely deliveries. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
*Process customer orders and maintain operational records.
*Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
* Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
* Prepare invoices, shipping documents,
and delivery-related paperwork.
* Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for inventory movement.
* Resolve delivery and operational issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
* Maintain MIS reports and update operational data.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.
* Support inventory management and stock coordination.
* Communicate with customers regarding order status and dispatch updates.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
