ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Finance professional to support core finance functions. The role focuses

on financial reporting, taxation, MIS, cost control, and financial planning & analysis, while enabling compliance, cost

optimization, and informed management decision-making.

The Job:

- Responsible for end-to-end financial reporting and controllership, including month-end, quarter-end, and

year-end close, group reporting, consolidation, and compliance with IFRS and Ind AS standards.

- Responsible for managing taxation and statutory compliance, including GST, Income Tax, TDS filings, audits, and

maintenance of documentation related to exports and regulatory requirements.

- Responsible for management accounting and cost control through preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis,

product costing, profitability analysis, and monitoring operational costs.

- Responsible for FP&A; activities such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI tracking, and providing

actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Essential: Should be a Finance qualified with strong exposure to financial reporting, compliance, cost control, and

- Qualified CA with a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, treasury, audits, and regulatory

compliance.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and a proven ability to drive automation and process improvements.
- Demonstrated track record in enhancing profitability, optimizing working capital, and ensuring statutory

compliance.

- Strong leadership, business partnering, and strategic decision-making skills with effective communication ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
