About the Role

NP Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to promote and expand the market for our innovative Solar Light Systems across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in interacting with customers, and willing to travel extensively to build strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits across Bangalore to promote Swaadle Solar Light Systems.
- Identify and approach new customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, builders, contractors, institutions, and businesses.
- Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer visit targets.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence regarding competitors and pricing.




- Coordinate with the management team regarding customer requirements and order processing.
- Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain records of customer visits, follow-ups, sales activities, and daily reports.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network across Bangalore.
- Represent the company professionally and strengthen the NP Technologies brand in the market.
- Candidate must have good communication skill in kannada and English.
