Job Description:

- Designing and Drawing layouts and drainage, stormwater, internal plumbing, water supply, Water supply SLD, water demand, Tender Documents, firefighting etc.
- Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospital, and Institutional experience
- Designing and monitoring the swimming pool & treatment plant will be an added advantage.
Prepare tender documents for the above-mentioned services with direct coordination with related consultants and architects.
- Costing and estimation along with Budget, rate analysis as per DSR / CPWDand other related norms.
Maintain documents and records.
- Design Fire Fighting systems both Internal and External.
- Design sprinkler/ hydrant systems for respective applications.
- Inspect and audit STPs, WTPs, Water pumping stations, External services, etc.
- Attending meetings with clients and clarifying their queries.
- Site visits for ensuring quality during execution, and measurement.

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Civil

Desired Experience: 5 – 10 years.
