We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, social media, and field visits.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate property viewings and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate property prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and maintain property listings and client records.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a strong referral network.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Freshers with solid sales aptitude may also apply.
Salary:
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Lead generation and client relationship management.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving license
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
