Project Manager (Techno-Commercial) – PMGSY Road Construction Project

The Project Manager (Techno-Commercial) is responsible for the complete execution of PMGSY road projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, contractual adherence, and profitability. The role oversees planning, scheduling, site execution, procurement, billing, subcontractor management, and coordination with clients and government authorities. The incumbent must possess comprehensive knowledge of PMGSY guidelines, MoRTH Specifications, IRC Codes, and State PWD standards, including earthwork, embankment, GSB, WMM, bituminous works (DBM & BC), drainage, culverts, pavement construction, material specifications, testing procedures, and quality standards. Responsibilities also include project budgeting, RA bills, BOQ analysis, contract administration, risk management, safety compliance, documentation, and effective leadership to ensure successful project completion in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
