Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day outbound logistics and finished goods dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Sales teams to ensure timely dispatches.
- Handle finished goods warehouse operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Generate dispatch documents, invoices, and E-Way Bills through SAP.
- Coordinate with transporters and warehouse service providers for smooth material movement.
- Ensure FIFO implementation and accurate stock records.
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare Job Work Challans and maintain logistics documentation as per statutory and company requirements.
- Monitor transporter performance and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly logistics MIS reports.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, ISO, and company logistics procedures.
