Role Summary

Anovia is looking for a motivated and technically skilled T2 Systems & Server Engineer to join our growing infrastructure support team. Working remotely as part of a distributed operations team, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering Windows server infrastructure across multiple client environments. You will handle escalated issues from the Level 1 team, perform routine server administration, support virtualization platforms, manage Microsoft infrastructure services, and ensure customers receive timely and high-quality technical support.





The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments within an MSP or enterprise IT setting. You should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer communication, and the ability to independently resolve infrastructure issues while collaborating with senior engineers on more complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for Windows Server infrastructure across multiple customer environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents from Level 1 engineers within SLA.
- Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policy, and NTFS permissions.
- Create, modify, and manage user accounts, security groups, shared folders, and file permissions.
- Monitor server health, storage utilization, system performance, and critical infrastructure alerts.
- Perform routine server maintenance, patching, firmware update
