Ashland has an exciting chance for a Manager Product Stewardship to join our (Ashland LLC, Specialty ingredients G.P., ISP Chemicals etc.) business at our Hyderabad Office. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Product Stewardship function. This position will report to Manager Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs (South Asia)

Manager EHS Product Safety:
- Lead global product safety and regulatory compliance across GHS, REACH, CLP, OSHA, and Chemical inventory frameworks.
- Oversee end-to-end SDS lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Manage and optimize SAP EHS (Product Safety,



DG, Label Management) systems.
- Drive regulatory implementation initiatives including PCN/UFI submissions and region-specific compliance.
- Perform and review hazard classification and labeling in line with GHS standards.
- Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations (ADR, IATA, IMDG, 49 CFR).
- Lead SDS authoring, review, and approval processes across global markets.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product safety workflows.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support SAP EHS rollouts, upgrades, and data migration from legacy systems.
- Collaborate with R&D;, supply chain, regulatory, IT, and commercial teams for compliance integration.
- Provide regulatory guidance during New Product Introduction (NPI) and commercialization stages.
