Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of HR Recruiter for a reputed Company in Manufacturing industry at the Mumbai (Vile Parle) Locations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and motivated HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates; arranging interviews; negotiating salary package to onboarding recent hires. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct preliminary screening to filter candidates within schedule.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, as well as communicate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary training.




- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
- Promote company’s reputation as a “best place to work”.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting.
