Job Description:

Job Overview :
The Site Head will be responsible for driving overall business performance at the site by leading deal closures, managing operations, and ensuring strong collaboration between the builder, employees, and head office. The role requires accountability for site-level P&L;/EBITDA management, building lasting relationships with the builder, and ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
Business & Financial Management :
- Manage the overall P&L; and EBITDA of the site, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met
- Monitor expenses, implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize site profitability without compromising quality
- .Provide regular financial updates and forecasts to senior management.

Builder & Stakeholder Relationship Management :
- Act as the primary representative of the company with the builder, ensuring trust, transparency, and collaboration.
- Foster long-term partnerships and resolve any concerns or conflicts effectively.

Collaboration & Coordination :
- Serve as a bridge between builder, employees, and head office to ensure clarity, alignment, and unified execution.
- Maintain effective communication across internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues proactively.

Deal Closure & Project Sourcing :
- Lead and manage the closure of real estate deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Source new projects, evaluate feasibility, and build robust relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate favorable terms with clients, vendors, and contractors for successful execution

Sales & Target Achievement :
- Drive achievement of monthly sales targets and sales velocity in line with the Business Plan numbers.
- Ensure consistent monitoring of sale
