Job Description:
Srithai Superware Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, manage order processing, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders in ERP system
- Coordinate with production and dispatch for timely order execution
- Communicate with distributors and customers for order updates
- Maintain sales MIS, reports, and daily tracking
- Handle invoicing coordination and payment follow-ups
- Ensure proper dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-way bill, LR copy)
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Support sales team with data, reports, and coordination
Required Skills:
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems
- Understanding of dispatch/logistics process
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing / FMCG industry preferred
- Experience in handling distributor/dealer network will be an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in melamine / plastic / kitchenware industry
- Familiarity with B2B sales coordination
- Candidate from Ahmedabad or nearby locations preferred
