Role: SAP HCM European Payroll, Consultant

The consultant has deep expertise in at least one SAP HCM module and is recognized as a trusted authority within their domain. They are responsible for defining, negotiating, and executing project tasks across all development phases to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.




They actively contribute to training and knowledge transfer initiatives and work closely with other Strada teams to identify and deliver the best technical and functional solutions.

Responsibilities

In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:

Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical issues within the SAP EuHReka environment — including programming, portal workflows, payroll schema adjustments, time management, legal reporting, and form configuration (SmartForms, SAPscript, etc.).
- Must have worked on European country payroll's, well versed with Tax terms and configurations.
- Valuable to have Time management both Positive and Negative
- Extensively experience on payroll schemas and PCR’s
- Collaborate on service improvements for both customer-specific solutions and the broader EuHReka/SAP platform.
