We are seeking an Agile Delivery Analyst to support our IT Solutions Delivery teams across CorporateSystems including CRM (Salesforce), Billing, Integrations, and ERP (D365) platforms. This role is focused on enabling team execution by supporting backlog management, sprint coordination, and day-to-day agile operations. Working closely with Business Analysts, technical teams, and leadership, this individual will help ensure work is clearly defined, properly prioritized, and moving efficiently through the delivery lifecycle.





This is a highly execution-driven role suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn agile delivery, enterprise systems, and quote-to-cash processes.

Essential Job Functions:
- Create, update, and maintain Jira tickets based on input from Business Analysts and stakeholders
- Ensure tickets include transparent descriptions, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and proper prioritization
- Monitor and manage incoming request queues to ensure timely triage and assignment
- Support backlog grooming activities to ensure work is “ready” for development
- Assist in sprint planning, ensuring tickets are well-defined and appropriately scoped
- Track sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate when needed
- Help ensure teams are aligned on priorities and delivery commitments
- Support coordination across multiple delivery teams (Billing, CRM, ERP)
- Facilitate or support daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Capture key notes, action items,
