Daxko is looking for an experienced, strategic Manager of Content Marketing to lead the team responsible for getting our content in front of the right audiences — at the right time, on the right channels, in the right format.
This is a newly created role that sits at the intersection of content strategy and creation, video production, social media, and performance analytics. You will lead a team of five — two video producers, two content marketers, and a social media coordinator — and own the full publishing and distribution lifecycle across our company brand, product portfolio of 3–4 product brands, 5+ customer segment, and across global markets.

You are a creative leader who understands how to transform a blog into a video, a case study into a social campaign, and a long-form guide into a multi-channel distribution strategy. You bring rigor to consistent messaging, adhering to best practices, SLAs, build systems that scale, and use data to continuously improve how content reaches and converts our audiences.
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Brand & Communications.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains recent staff
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
