- Experience in large-scale application modernization or legacy transformation.
- Good understanding of legacy platforms such as HP NonStop, COBOL, C++, batch processing, or mainframe-style systems.

- code comprehension
- reverse engineering
- rule extraction
- dependency mapping
- documentation
- test generation

Cloud & Engineering Skills
- Experience with Azure-based modern platforms.
- Good understanding of .NET / C# / API-based architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud security, and engineering automation.




- Ability to work with Solution Architects and Platform Engineers to align AI outputs with target architecture.

Agile & Delivery Skills
- Strong Agile delivery experience.
- Experience working in sprint-based and phased modernization programs.
- Ability to guide distributed teams across offshore and onshore models.
- Solid stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
