Roles & Responsibilities:
- To manage overall relationship with the Client.
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client.
- Centralized communication and report control.
- Overall in-charge for ensuring timely completion of the project within planned budget.
- Responsible for setting up Project Governance including Project Plan, Risk Register, Quality Plan, Project Schedule, budget review, EHS Plan, Logistics Plan etc.,
- Ensure Roles and Responsibilities of each team member is tracked and adhered.
- Review project delivery process on a daily basis to ensure that all processes are complied.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans for the same and discuss with necessary stakeholders.
- Drive strategic discussions with Contractor Principals periodically.
- Lead all the key meetings and key decisions in the project.
- Proactive Risk Assessment and implementing appropriate mitigation on time.
- Part of all Meetings including PCG, Weekly Update Calls / Meetings, Site Meetings, etc.
- Lead the complete tender process from review of tender documents, Pre-qualification, floating the tenders, Pre-bid, Techno-commercial evaluation, recommendation and assisting in contract sign off.
- Prepare and monitor the procurement plan / tender event schedule.
- Monitor the budget and track and report the variation including the cash flow projections.
- Lead the post order contract management including the certification of bills/ / reviewing the variation / managing the change orders etc.
- Responsible for working out a strategy for Technical and Commercial close-out.
