- Lead and mentor a team of L2 Data Security Engineers, ensuring effective delivery of security operations and projects.
- Manage enterprise data security solutions, including CipherTrust, Vormetric, PKI, and encryption technologies.
- Design, implement, and maintain data encryption, key management, and tokenization solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex data security issues and provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in CipherTrust/Vormetric, PKI infrastructure, and data encryption technologies
