We Are Hiring RCU - ( Cluster RCU Manager ) In Mumbai.

Profile : RCU - ( Cluster RCU Manager )
Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage field investigation teams to conduct pre- and post-sanction verifications for personal loans, business loans, and other retail lending products.
* Identify and investigate suspicious or fraudulent applications, documentation discrepancies, and customer misrepresentation.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders including credit, sales, and collections teams for fraud control measures.
* Collaborate with external agencies and law enforcement for field checks and legal escalations.
* Develop fraud triggers and red flag indicators based on trends and past cases.
* Ensure timely closure of field verifications and submit comprehensive investigation reports.
* Monitor and audit high-risk branches, DSA partners, and customer profiles.
* Regularly update senior management on fraud trends, investigation outcomes, and preventive actions.
* Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory guidelines.
