Roles & Responsibilities:
- Will be required meet & exceed revenue target engaging customers .
- Explore business opportunities and faster resolution time with appropriate close looping.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs.
- Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis Job Profile




- Interacting with Customers on video, in a qualified and friendly manner.
- Performing customer service activities and initiatives across product segments.(Training will be provided)

- Should be willing to work on a rotational roster
- Should be willing to work in night shifts
