Introduction
The founding of Metropolitan dates to as early as 1898 and Momentum traces its roots to being established in 1966. Momentum Group was formed from the merger of Metropolitan and Momentum, two sizeable and diverse insurance-based financial services companies in South Africa and was listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 1 December 2010.
In order to grow its international footprint and diversify its revenue streams, Momentum Group actively pursues financially viable opportunities across the world. Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, a joint venture with Aditya Birla Capital Limited, was incorporated in 2015 and was our first expansion into India.

Role Purpose
Design, develop, implement and support technological solutions to meet business requirements in accordance with specification.
Duties & Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAs/KPIs:
• Understand the existing software eco system and application code base.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Angular10+ code.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Effectively collaborate with relevant parties to deliver expected outcomes.
• Adhere to Software development processes and best practices.
• Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Application Frontend development in Angular 10+, Typescript, HTML5.
• Integration into third party systems and software.
• Strict adherence to development policies and procedures.
• Development of dashboards and reports.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
