We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to support upstream Oil & Gas applications
within the Landmark DWP ecosystem. The role will lead QA activities across one or
more moderate-to-complex projects, ensuring high software quality through solid test
planning, execution, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional
delivery teams.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing and/or
development, with hands-on experience in upstream Oil & Gas environments. Exposure
to drilling and completions workflows, including well construction, fluids management,
and performance monitoring, is highly preferred. Experience with EDT applications is an
added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
 Lead QA efforts across upstream Oil & Gas applications to ensure reliable and
high-quality software delivery.
 Design, develop, and execute test cases covering functional, integration,
performance, regression, smoke, and UAT testing.
 Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to
align test strategy with business objectives.




 Manage defect logging, tracking, triage, and resolution, ensuring timely and
accurate reporting.
 Support test automation initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of test
frameworks and processes.
 Assist with secure architecture design reviews and preparation of applications for
security testing.
 Ensure security vulnerabilities are identified, tracked, and mitigated appropriately.
 Contribute to release planning by estimating QA and documentation effort and
providing input on product improvements based on prior releases and customer
feedback.
 Mentor and guide a team of manual and automated testers as needed.
Required Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Computer Science, Geoscience, or
a related discipline.
 Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in upstream Oil & Gas software
environments, preferably in a QA role.
