Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die making / CIPET, Tool & Die Maker or BE in Plastic / Mechanical / Production.
Experience: min 8 to 15 yrs experience in Plastic mold design, development & manufacturing operation activities for whole Tool Room plant.
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
Expert in design & development of injection molds by using AutoCAD & Top-Solid or NX10 software.
Good experience of manufacturing process in Tool Room.
Tool Room Development & Tool Design and Dies.in plastic mold knowledge.
Developing prototypes & testing new designs.
Responsible for developing productive systems, processes & M/C's that result in high quality products.
Responsible for the design & development of new tools / plastic molds as well as making improvements in the existing ones.
Responsible for in house tool development & cost saving plans
Effectively handle manpower in Tool room plant to get maximum productivity.
Experience in production planning, material management in Tool room plant.
