Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical enterprise applications. This role involves creating scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable systems, ensure security compliance, and drive continuous improvement, contributing to the organization’s growth and operational excellence.

Software Requirements
- Required:
- Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core (latest stable versions), including C# programming
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and database optimization
- Knowledge of middleware technologies such as Kafka, EMS, Solace, or similar
- Familiarity with development environments such as Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps or Jenkins for CI/CD
- Understanding of secure coding practices, encryption, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and data security standards
- Preferred:




- Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with TDD (test-driven development) and profiling tools such as Visual Studio Profiler or JetBrains dotTrace

Overall Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Write clean, effective, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct system and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance.
- Design and implement system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions to support enterprise processes.
- Support automation of deployment, configuration, and operational workflows within CI/CD pipelines.
