Position: Account Manager
Location: Ezra Street, Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: 4–8 years in Accounts & Finance (manufacturing industry preferred)
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners across the wires, cables, and LED lighting segment. The ideal professional is responsible to oversee the financial operations. Ltd This role requires handling day-to-day accounts, compliance, and financial reporting to support business growth and ensure smooth operations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company accounts in Tally Prime including ledger entries, reconciliation, and financial statements.
- Handle bank-related documentation, payments, reconciliations, and ensure timely clearance of transactions.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS,
and other statutory compliances as per applicable laws.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable, credit control, and vendor reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for compliance and reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of invoices, purchase orders, and supporting vouchers.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in financial data.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or similar field
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in accounting/finance; preferably in manufacturing or trading industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Proficiency in handling bank documentation, LC, BG, fund transfers, and
