About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Staff Full-Stack Web Engineer (8+ years) to join our dynamic and innovative Web Team. You will lead the design and delivery of a new web application infrastructure built for high availability, scalability, and performance.



This is a technical leadership role — you will own architecture decisions, drive engineering excellence, mentor peers, and deliver across the full stack from React frontends to Python/Node.js microservices on AWS. Hands-on development, code quality, and a test-driven mindset are central to this role.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable full-stack web applications in an Agile environment.
- Build and enhance modern web solutions using React, Node.js, Python, and cloud-native technologies.
- Design and develop secure, high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, test automation, CI/CD practices, and operational reliability.
- Develop and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS and/or GCP services.
