About Role in Brief (Not Restricted to):

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back office Sales Engineer manager who will be responsible for providing technical and sales support to the sales/service team, responding to customer inquiries, and handling customer complaints and service requests. The Back office sales Engineer will also be responsible for managing customer accounts and orders, processing orders, Submitting Quotation, handling end to end customer engagement cycle, coordinating with logistics manager & accounts department, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

Eligibility/Pre-requisite :
- Minimum Experience : 3-4 Years
- Diploma/Graduate in Electrical engineering/Commerce/Business Administration or related technical field




- Past Experience in B2B Back Office Management or Similar
- Female Candidate Only
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pro-active rather then Reactive
