Job Summary
Synechron seeks a Risk Developer to bridge technology delivery with risk governance and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on designing and implementing risk-aware software solutions, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven insights to support governance, risk, and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth across modern platforms with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with organizational risk standards.

Software Requirements

Required Skills (Essential)
- Robust understanding of multiple technology platforms including mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain concepts
- Proficient in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Ability to lead and effectively manage a team of technical professionals




- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills
- Domain experience in risk management, finance, or regulated industries
- Certifications related to architecture, cloud, security, or data analytics
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation, and continuous delivery
