Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Standards: Define frontend architecture, component structures, and coding standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior/mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and manage project delivery timelines.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure web applications are highly performant, accessible (WCAG), and responsive across all devices.
