Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Chakan
Experience: 2-3 Years in B2B Field Sales
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Salary: Upto 35k+ Attractive Incentives + Petrol Allowance

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to dealers, distributors, architects, fabricators, contractors, OEMs, and industrial customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a robust customer base.
- Promote company products and explain their applications and technical benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful orders.
- Coordinate with the sales support and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
- Submit daily visit reports and update all activities in the CRM.




- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Eligibility

- 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Skills Required

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
