Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinating with clients to discuss website design and function.
- Designing and developing the website front-end.
- Creating the website architecture.
- Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
- Developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Conducting website performance tests.
- Troubleshooting WordPress-related issues
- Conducting WordPress training with the client.
- Monitoring the performance of WordPress websites
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality

Skills

- Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, or SVN.




- Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
- Positive understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Good communication skills
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
