Team Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Management Coordinator who can efficiently coordinate with internal teams in the absence of management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with all departments in the absence of management.
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure work is completed on time.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
- Communicate management instructions to the team and ensure proper implementation.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain records, MIS reports, and documentation.




- Escalate critical issues to management promptly.
- Support management in administrative and operational activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in team coordination or operations.
- Candidate should reside near Charni Road, Mumbai. Applicants with long daily travel distances will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
