Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, support doctors and healthcare teams, and ensure patient safety and comfort through effective clinical practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and standards.
- Monitor patient health conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
- Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and recovery instructions.
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a secure healthcare environment.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing or equivalent).
- Valid nursing license/registration as required.
- Previous hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Good communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights/weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle emergency situations.
Preferred Skills:
- ICU/ER/Ward experience.
- Knowledge of hospital procedures and nursing protocols.
- Teamwork and compassionate patient handling.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
