Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, managing, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Leads the maintenance team, manages utilities, oversees spare parts inventory, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support uninterrupted production in a beverages/FMCG manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and production efficiency.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team.
- Manage utilities, spare parts, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
