Job description:

PRS Neurosciences and Mechatronics Research Institute Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Finance Executive with 3-7 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and a desire for long-term growth within the company. This role involves preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting various accounting functions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Must take ownership on accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including verifying and processing payments.
- Review the Petty expenses incurred by admin department & reimburse for those expenses incurred.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee benefits.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy of entries.
- Support audits and tax filings by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Prepare and submit tax returns in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage bank account activities, including monitoring balances and making necessary transfers.




- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Provide administrative support to the other departments as needed.
- Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial statements, reports, and records in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-7 years in accounting, RTR, AP or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Highly preferred candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
- Semi qualified Chartered accountant with article ship experience in Statutory audit department.
- A long-term commitment to the role and company.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
