Job Summary

ARC TAG Parcel Service is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the complete commercial and financial operations of the Coimbatore Hub. The ideal candidate should have experience in the logistics, transport, or parcel service industry and possess strong commercial, financial, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire hub's financial activities, including revenue, expenses, billing, collections, and cost control.
- Monitor daily commercial operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, and Branch Teams for smooth business execution.
- Ensure timely invoicing, customer billing, payment follow-up, and reconciliation.
- Handle vendor payments, customer accounts, and commercial documentation.




- Analyze hub profitability and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure statutory and internal compliance related to commercial operations.
- Support management with business planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in Commercial Management.
- Experience in the logistics, transport, courier, or parcel service industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of commercial operations, finance, billing, MIS reporting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Local candidates from Coimbatore are preferred.
- Candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (MBA/M.Com is an added advantage).
