Job Summary

The 3D & Customized Cake Artist is responsible for designing, baking, decorating, and finishing premium 3D and customized cakes as per customer requirements while ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and create customized and 3D cakes based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and decorate cakes using fondant, buttercream, ganache, edible prints, chocolate, sugar flowers, and other decorative techniques.
- Sculpt and carve cakes into various 3D shapes and themed designs.
- Produce wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate, and celebration cakes.
- Coordinate with the sales/customer service team to understand customer specifications and delivery timelines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and finishing of every cake.
- Maintain inventory of decorating materials, tools, and ingredients.
- Minimize wastage while maintaining production efficiency.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized.




- Stay updated with new cake decorating trends, techniques, and designs.

Required Skills

- Expertise in fondant modelling, cake sculpting, and 3D cake design.
- Proficiency in buttercream and ganache finishing techniques.
- Creative artistic skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cake structure, support systems, and transportation requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

- Certificate/Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery or Cake Decoration is preferred.
- Formal training in cake artistry is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in customized cake decoration and 3D cake making.
- Experience in handling premium or high-volume customized cake orders is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
