Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day taxi operations
- Coordinate with drivers and customers
- Handle trip scheduling and bookings
- Monitor vehicle availability and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare daily operational reports
Requirements
- Any Degree/Diploma
- Positive communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Ability to manage a team and solve operational issues
- Experience in transport, logistics, or taxi operations is preferred
