We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with prospective customers. Freshers with positive communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to students and explain our courses.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to student inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, student interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team when required.

Requirements:





- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (any discipline).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers can also apply.
